  • ½ cup of mango juice
  • ¼ cup of ripe avocado (mashed)
  • ¼ cup of fat-free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • 6 ice cubes
  • (optional for extra protein) 2 scoops of protein powder

Simply blend all ingredients together until the texture becomes smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a slice of mango.
