4 tbsp of fresh watermelon seeds
2 liters of water
Preparation: Crush and ground the seeds and then boil them in the 2 liters of water for 15 minutes. Afterwards, strain the content and drink the liquid as tea. Add a bit of honey if you want a sweeter taste.
